Stonehill Cross
began as a worship band in Los Lunas,
New Mexico in 2002. Although
members have come and gone the core of the band has remained constant and the
years have produced many different original songs. Their new CD “Inspired By
One” contains an eclectic mix of styles and experiments.

The band has always
been and always will be worshippers. The intent of every song is to either
praise God or inspire thought and debate about who He really is. Inspired By
One grew out of a desire to bring the bands audience into an intimate encounter
with God.

The bands philosophy
is that a concert should be more than a band and an audience, but instead a
room full of people all lost in God together. Band member Mike Engle states,
“There truly is an audience of One and when we play, all of us, the band and
the audience, are one as we worship and praise our God.”
